1. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us at support@donateez.org.

2. Services

Our services, as detailed on our marketing website, include setting monthly and yearly budgets, creating donations, generating multiple head checks as one, printing these checks signed or unsigned, and integrating with QuickBooks Desktop and online. These services are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion.

3. Use of Services

You must use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services:

• In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, website, and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Sharei Torah, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the "Billing" section within the software. To request deletion of your data, please email support@donateez.org.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Sharei Torah or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this service, even if Sharei Torah or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sharei Torah, its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
